Katelyn Graham is the Founder & CEO of The Admin Effect™, a platform born from her lifelong passion to empower women—especially those in financial services administrative roles. A former competitive gymnast turned coach, Katelyn has always been driven to uplift others. After years of hands-on experience supporting top financial advisors in roles ranging from contracting specialist to sales associate, she saw a major gap: advisors needed strong operational support but often lacked the tools to train them. Following the loss of her best friend in 2020, Katelyn found the courage to launch her own business, quickly earning a waitlist and proving the demand for elevated operational support. Today, The Admin Effect™ combines expert training, mindset coaching, and a thriving community to help admin professionals become the rock stars they’re meant to be. Katelyn lives on Lake Norman, NC, with her husband Phil, and their two fur babies—and when she's not building the business, you’ll likely find her on the lake with a glass of wine in hand.
