Dustin grew up in a rural town in southern Ontario, Canada, an hour west of Toronto (near Kitchener-Waterloo), and he still lives there today. With insurance in his blood, Dustin started working in the insurance industry at Manulife Financial (part of John Hancock), first as a high school co-op and later working as a summer student during university. After graduating from McMaster University with a degree in political science, Dustin pursued a career in insurance instead of politics. Having multiple jobs on both sides of the insurance industry, Dustin is very excited to bring his passion and experience to The Admin Effect.

When Dustin heard about the unique business venture that Katelyn Kucharo had embarked upon, he immediately started talking to her about the company and its future. After only a couple meetings, Dustin was inspired by Katelyn’s vision and the valuable services being offered, and he knew that he wanted to be part of her team.

Dustin’s interests include sports (especially hockey, jet skiing and fishing), fine foods, travelling, reading, movies and hanging out with friends. He also enjoys spending quality time with his close-knit family, especially his parents, sister, brother-in-law and his little nephew.
