Lauren graduated East Carolina University in 2007 with a Political Science degree. After moving back to the Lake Norman area, Lauren landed inadvertently into the financial services industry. With over 10 years of industry experience assisting financial advisors on their life insurance, annuity products, and long term care insurance needs, Lauren now serves as the Chief Operating Officer at The Admin Effect.

Leading a dedicated team of account executives, Lauren collaborates with financial advisor offices to provide customized solutions, specialized training, and operational support. Lauren resides in Mooresville, NC with her husband Matt, two children Sadie and Hayes, and her rescue dog, Grayson. She enjoys spending her free time with her sisters and friends, visiting local breweries and volunteering for local communities.
